Cotner Center was the first 55-plus independent living community in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Cotner Center Condominium Association of Co-Owners was Incorporated in 1986 as a Nebraska not-for-profit Homeowners Association. Membership is comprised of active, 55+ Condominium Home Owners. Cotner Center is also a Federally designated “Housing for Older Persons” (HOPA) property.
Cotner Center Owners have the opportunity to be part of a special community. Participation in activities and interaction with your neighbors can provide a fulfilling experience as well as a sense of well-being. To help you get established, and feel at home, an Owner that volunteers for the Welcoming Committee will take you under their wing to show you around your new home. Owners are encouraged to volunteer for committees or other activities to help strengthen our community.
It is important to note that Cotner Center is NOT an assisted-living facility.
The Community is a 55-plus active, and independent living environment.
